Reel Riot ("the app") is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment only. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
When you first open the app it creates an anonymous guest account on our server and stores a random sign-in token on your device. You do not need to give a name, email address or phone number to play.
The server keeps what the game needs to work: an account ID, your coin balance, level and experience, game settings, your bet history and game outcomes (so balances cannot be tampered with), the platform and app version of each device signed in, and the time of your last free-coin gift.
When you win, your best win of each 15-minute leaderboard round (the game, the amount and its multiple of your bet) is shown to other players under a name the app generates for your account. Your account ID, email address and sign-in details are never shown. Leaderboard entries are deleted with your account.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google so you can restore your account on another device, we receive an account identifier from that provider and, if you share it, your email address. We use them only to sign you in. With Sign in with Apple you can choose to hide your email address.
Coin packs and the Reel Riot Plus subscription are sold through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). The store processes your payment; we receive the product, the store's transaction ID and the subscription expiry date so we can credit your coins and Plus benefits. We never see your payment details.
The app has no third-party advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs and no advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
Your account data is kept while the account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account; this permanently removes your account, sign-ins, balances, game history and purchase records from our server. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing support@reelriot.online. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device. Refunds are handled by the store you bought through.
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are stored on the server only as one-way hashes.
Reel Riot is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
