WavebreakerTerms of Use

These terms apply when you play Wavebreaker, made by ReelRiot. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms conflict with those, the store's terms win.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for non-commercial purposes. All art, music, code and other content belong to us. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the game.
2. Virtual items and purchases
Gold, pearls, stars and upgrades have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred. You get a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. They are stored on your device; if you delete the game or its data, pearls may be lost. The Captain's Pack can always be restored with Settings → Restore purchases. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.
2a. Ads
The game offers optional rewarded ads, which play only when you choose to watch one for a reward. There are no forced ads.
3. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature, including the balance of coves and towers. The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
